Do I need to install software?
No. You access the platform through a web browser.
Will our IT team need to be involved?
Yes, involve IT in reviewing and configuring the NHSmail sending setup. We’ll discuss the requirements together.
Is onboarding training included?
Yes. Training helps your team get started, with an account manager for ongoing questions.
What if staff data is held in different systems?
We can help you plan how to bring recipient data together. Agree ownership and a process for keeping lists accurate.
What should we do about out-of-date staff data?
Review it before launch and agree how changes and delivery failures will be handled. Use the move as an opportunity to improve list quality.
Can we discuss Power BI reporting?
