What experience do you have with the NHS? 

NewZapp Trusted Delivery is only for the NHS. We work with NHS Trusts and Partners daily and have a thorough understanding of your structure, ways of working and common challenges.  

How can you support the procurement process? 

We are listed on the government’s G-Cloud and have ISO 27001 certification. Both of these reduce the administration burden involved in the procurement process. For example, when completing your Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) a lot of the questions will be covered by our ISO 27001 certification. 


Will our data be safe with NewZapp Trusted Delivery? 

Yes. Stringent security protocols are ingrained within NewZapp Trusted Delivery. Here’s an overview of what you can rely upon: 

    • We have ISO 27001 certification – ISO 27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security – it is extremely difficult to obtain this level of certification and something we are immensely proud of. It means that as an organisation we have gone significantly above what is mandated by the UK Data Protection Act, GDPR and Cyber Essentials. It means that as an organisation we regularly carry out data risk assessments, maintain extremely high levels of data protection and that we are audited by an independent 3rd party regularly to ensure we do exactly what we say when it comes to protecting your data.

    • Cyber Essentials certification – Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme that ensures we have good practice in information security.  
    • GDPR and UK Data Protection Act compliance – unlike many other email communication providers, we keep your data in the UK at all times which guarantees you are GDPR compliant.

    • Regular independent security audits – by involving an independent party we confirm that all our security protocols are up to speed and as rigorous as possible.  

Is there an audit trail we can use? 

Yes. NewZapp Trusted Delivery includes an audit trail which means you can see the history of every action taken. So should you accidentally send a communication out, you can look back and identify, when and how it happened and who was responsible.


How can you guarantee delivery? 
NewZapp Trusted Delivery is 100% compatible with NHSmail. We are so confident that we guarantee delivery every time.

How quickly will messages be sent? 
Outlook delivers approximately 30 emails a minute for mass communications.  As an example, if you have 10,000 staff to send to, it will take approximately 5.5 hours to reach everyone. With NewZapp Trusted Delivery it would take just 25 minutes.

What contract lengths are available?

Contracts are a minimum of 12 months and we offer excellent discounts for 3 and 5 year agreements.

Set-up & Support

Will I need to install software?

No, NewZapp Trusted Delivery is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product. Everything is in the cloud and accessed via your web browser.

What will be required to set-up NewZapp Trusted Delivery?

All that is required is a very simple config change on your mail server. It is most likely that this will be done by a member of your IT Team. They will be able to make the change in a matter of minutes.

Is training included?

Yes. NewZapp Trusted Delivery is very intuitive to use but we want you to get up to speed as quickly as possible, so we always include onboarding training. Very few customers require any additional training after that point, but your Account Manager is always on hand with any questions you have.

How time consuming will it be to implement?

NewZapp Trusted Delivery is extremely quick to set up. All we need is the staff data and once uploaded, you are good to go. You could be up and running within a couple of hours.

What if staff data is held in multiple places?

We’ll help you bring everything together. We’ve helped a lot of customers do just that and can offer guidance on the most effective way of doing so.

What if our staff data is out-of-date?

That doesn’t matter. You can use the introduction of NewZapp Trusted Delivery as an opportunity to ‘clean’ your database. All you need to do is upload the data, send an email, identify those that bounced and then do a group exclusion of those contacts for all future communications.

Does NewZapp Trusted Delivery integrate with Power BI?

Yes. This can be done for free with data displayed in the Power BI dashboard.
